Everyday Electrolytes
The everyday electrolyte stick. Sodium, potassium, magnesium and B vitamins, dosed for long shifts — not marathons. Low-dose natural sugar for real absorption, not a sugar rush.
MustGain Night Shift
Night Shift Formula
The same base formula as Original, plus natural caffeine (~80mg — about one strong coffee) for the back half of a night shift. Same electrolytes, same dosing, with a gentle lift when you need it most.
Why we made it this way
Sodium, potassium and magnesium at levels that actually matter for a long shift, not token amounts added for label appeal.
Dextrose helps your body absorb electrolytes properly. We use a low dose — not to sweeten the product, but because the science supports it. Fully sugar-free products can actually absorb less effectively.
We priced this for a shift worker's budget, not a wellness lifestyle. Affordable isn't a compromise — it's the point.

Why we started MustGain.
We started MustGain after one too many long shifts left us running on empty — foggy, flat, low energy, and realising it was just dehydration we'd been ignoring for years. We looked for something built for people working long hours, not people at the gym, and couldn't find it. So we built it ourselves.
